Are you limited to a few stretches after you workout or when you feel stiff and sore? Do you feel like you should be able to stretch deeper or move more, but your joints or muscles just won't let you? There may be a few things preventing you from the stretch you desire. In this workshop we will focus on utilizing simple tools to aid in deepening your stretch and improving your range of motion. These techniques are easy to add to your stretching practice. This technique can enhance your recovery and relaxation of muscle tightness. This is a hands-on practice, we will be moving and practicing techniques the majority of the time. Please bring water and wear comfortable clothing that allows for stretching in all directions. |
