Learn tools to uncover the connection between your body, your story and your emotions, allowing you to unlock the hold and release the emotion and the story so that your body can finally heal. Learn how nutrition, spices and herbs can assist your body in healing. Experience moving with your breath, and then celebrate you as you support others in their celebration. We will learn.
